Only One !
I am that which can’t be comprehended by senses, emotions, mind or intellect!

"The one who  isn’t awakened  in the  true self  can talk  loads about it,   write volumes ,introduce new concepts, start a cult, dance in circles and sing aloud. But the one who knows, becomes  still just like a stone  by the  busy highway"

Briefs of an introductory talk with Arjun ( the questioner  is  represented with “question” and Arjun with “A”)

Question- Can you please  tell us  some thing about yourself?

A- Whom do you want  to know about? The  actor Arjun  or the one inhabiting  the body- the real Arjun?

Question-  The real Arjun perhaps (one inhabiting the body)!

A-  The real  Arjun, can never be know, it can not be  comprehended nor it can be  described. The real Arjun  will always  be a mystery to the  conscious mind, to the awareness of mankind.

Question- O.K.  so   we  won't be able to ever know who the real Arjun is?

A- You will know the real Arjun, only  when you will know your real Self!

Question- What do you  mean by the real Self?

A- The one which is never born  and nor will ever die, the One  which   is  a total alien to  the world of duality.

Question- Are we aliens  to this world?

A- In illusion ,when we seem to be enjoying  various experiences we are not aliens, but when nothing of the senses or the mind can satisfy us  any longer, then we  become total aliens. In reality we are truly aliens, beings from a planet totally different from the physical, mental or any other.

Question- So the world seems alien only when it doesn’t satisfy us?

A- Yes. Otherwise it’s a magical land of fairy tales, love, passion, inventions and destruction. Its  a land where One power  becomes many and many  can become One, just in a flash. In other words it’s a Cosmic Soap-opera, where every one is  so honestly playing his or her part.

Question- So what does one do , when the  world seems like alien to him or her?

A- Just get back  from where we have  come from, or in other words,  realize  who we really are!

Question- That  sounds  very easy, is it really so, or  you are making it sound like?

A- Its easier  than to become  a celebrity , a millionaire, or  running a successful business, as it primarily  lies in our own hands.

Question-  Could you please explain the last part of the sentence?

A- We came here by our will and we will get back by only our will.

Question-Then what’s the  role of  Guru's, Masters and Religions?

A- They are all representatives of our real Self. They can only show the direction, its we who have to make a choice.

Once we have made the choice all Masters  would  materialize  at our doorsteps to guide us  in  what ever way we may need  help.

Question- What about Babaji and Mataji?

A- Babaji represents are  true Self ( the Purusha aspect), and Mataji   represents the Shakti(Prakriti aspect )  which has created this world and owns it fully. Evert inch of the duality  belongs to her. Its by her power that we move our limbs, digest our food or even think. Babaji is special!

Question- Why?

A- Since Babaji has never taken physical birth he  can't be associated or linked to any sort of conditioning of  physical world i.e. to any region, religion, guru lineage, country, culture, race or sex. In fact,  He  is the perfect blend of all energies, and  its very hard for the ego  to put him (or IT) in one box or the other.  Because of this  characteristic of Babaji, he has guided humanity  since   the creation started. Babaji was when the creation started, he is very much present now as we talk  and will be their till the  destruction of this world.

Question- But prior to Paramhansa  Yogananda's book  "Autobiography of a Yogi" no one  knew about Mahavatar Babaji and Kriya Yoga. In fact  organization started  by Yoganadaji claim ownership  of the great guru.

A- Did Babaji exist prior to Autobiography of a yogi?   its just like asking if the Brahman ( the real Self ) existed prior to publishing of Autobiography of a Yogi. Yes, prior to  publishing of the  this great book, Babaji was know to a selected   few by  various  names  and forms. But  after the book, we have given Babaji an uniformity  so to say, in terms of his name and form. With this uniformity (of form and name ) Babaji appears initially to  the seeker, but  when the seeker is ready  for  higher initiations, Babaji  comes to him or her  in various forms.

Most of the times the seeker will not know at that moment that the person he is  interacting with is  Babaji itself. However, their are certain signs and hints which the great guru  drops  during such  experiences. The intellectual memory  of these subtle signs helps  the ego to  recognize   the presence  of  the Great Master.

The real Self was, is and will always be. So  is the  beings in illusion ( they were, are and will be). As long as this cosmic drama will  continue  so long will Babaji and Mataji guide seekers to  know  who they  really are.

You see  how   cleverly  the human mind and attachments work?  Even our true Self  is given a lineage, path and  ownership. The one who is beating  constantly in all our hearts, can we single  IT  out  and  club it into one  path, organization or line  of Gurus? Can  any human being or organization  patronize ether, fire,   elements or  universal power? If so, then  are entitled to patronize  Mahavatar Babaji too!

Question- And  what about Lahiri Mahasaya?

A- Lahiri Mahasaya represents the power of the Holy Ghost as in Christian tradition, or the Shesh Nag  as  described in Hindu scriptures. Lahiri Mahasaya is  always  accompanying Babaji and Mataji. Babaji and Mataji are irreparable, almost like two sides of  one coin. Where ever  you find Babaji, be assured that Mataji is near too. And when ever  you find  Mataji, be assured that Babaji is near by too.  Lahiri Mahasaya's part  can be played by any being  on  earth who is attuned  with Masters and is awakened in  the real Self. In fact any being who realizes his or her true nature becomes  another Lahiri Mahasya.

Question- So are you playing the part of Lahiri Mahasaya?

A- Any realized being  plays that part, their is no choice here its almost natural. It is as organic  as when the fruit ripens, it automatically drops to the ground.

Questions- And what about meditation, healing, yoga and other techniques?

A- They are instruments   which help us in unraveling our identity, but apart from  that  they are just nothing, as they belong to the  world of duality. In the awakened  state  they have  no meaning  or significance. All things of this world have to drooped in this world.

Question- What do you mean “ all things of this world have to be drooped in  this world”?

A- Nothing of the world  of sense, mind and intellect belongs to  our true Self. If we want to be awakened  in our true nature then, we will have to  drop  all things  of this world, as  it’s  the identification  with sensations, the creativity of the  mind, the reasoning  of the  intellect  and  bondage of emotions which  tie us to  our role and thereby  we live in illusion.
Question- What ever you are suggesting us to drop are very close to us, in fact they are our identity !

A- Yes  its true. But its also true that  you are not  your senses, nor your mind, intellect  or emotions. You are  some thing else. Use an effective technique to quite the mind and  relax the body. And  then go deeper in to inquiring into  “who am I?” where  am I”  “ what am I’. These three muula (central) questions  have no answers, they are just questions.

Questions- If these three questions have  no answer, then why  should we inquire into it?
A- They  don’t have answers  in the language  of the mind. The  answers  to the three muula questions, cannot be understood by the ego, nor by  any  sort of  awareness or consciousness.

Q- Then?

A- Their answers  will   originate as one discover his true Self. And when one is awakened in the true self. One is totally unable to share with any other in the language of the mind, what the answers to the  three muula queries are.

Question- Ha… ha… ha… so  when one can explain, he or she  doesn’t know and  when one knows he or she can can’t explain?

A- Yes! That’s the nature of this cosmic  soap opera. The one who  isn’t awakened  in the  true self  can talk a lot about it, he or she can  write volumes of  books , dance  in circles and sing aloud , but the once who know, become  still like  the stone by the busy highway.

Question- By this  time we were sure, we will not be able to know  the real Arjun, in this life time (unless we  find our true self) let alone  this sort interview, so why not know the actor Arjun?

Physical Background:

Arjun was born in the year 1978, in the hill state of Jammu and Kashmir, Northern India, to a modern Brahmin family. Living in various parts of a country which has  more than 29 different languages  and 122 odd dialects, gave an ideal opportunity to appreciate the cultural and ethnic diversity of the ancient land. As the ant picks and separates sugar from sand, so did Arjun’s parents in selecting and internalizing the positive and spiritually uplifting values into family practices. He graduated in Economics from Loyola College, University of Madras. For higher education he traveled to Russia and later to England, where he obtained  Masters in Philosophy(M.Phil) from University of Sussex. Early in life, Arjun consciously decided to involve himself in activities, which created social-wealth and well-being. Subsequently after the Post-Gradution, he joined  Non-Government Organisations (NGO’s) and specialized in disaster management. His most recent assignment was with a UN (United Nation’s) organization focusing on co-ordination during humanitarian emergencies.

Spiritual Background:

Arjun’s earliest initiation in this body was at the age of 5, when his grandfather, who was a vanprastha (monk-hood for a householder entering Swami order) and a practitioner of Vedic tradition, initiated him into the Gayatri mantra. In later years, Arjun was greatly inspired by the pious lives of his maternal grandparents and his mother, who initiated him in to Sakthi tradition. Once on a pilgrimage along with his family to the sacred shrine of Sabrimala in the southern state of Kerela, he was graced by the mystical touch of Mahavatar Babaji. Later, through the instrumentality of his father, at the age of 15, Arjun was linked with Paramhansa Yoganandaji and by 21 years got initiated in to the Naam tradition of Sant Kabir Das and Sai tradition. However, it was not until the age of 26, that the link with Kriya Masters was revitalized by venerable saint Lahiri Mahasaya in the holy town of Puri in eastern India. What followed then on was an intense period of spiritual enfoldment, which peaked  with the darshan (divine appearance) and initiation by Mahavatar Babaji at various sites in Elagiri ( Tamil Nadu), Varanasi(Benaras) Delhi and Himalayas. Babaji guided Arjun to uncover the “I” which is form, formless and beyond.............Since, he travels  and shares the love and wisdom of the immortal ‘I’. Concept and practice of Purna Kriya Yoga, Sri Vidya  and Muula Tantra are  shared with  receptive seekers. On  Babaji and Mataji's  wish the sharing of  knowledge  of the Self  is materially  free  for all.
